Tasting of Winter Truffles at Bouchon Bistro – February 21

On Friday, February 21st, Bouchon Bistro invites guests to indulge in the first truffle event of the year: the “Tasting of Winter Truffles.” This elegant evening will showcase a three-course prix-fixe menu, for $190 per person, crafted by Chef de Cuisine Garrett Rochowiak, celebrating the rich, earthy flavors of winter truffles through classic French techniques.

The evening begins with a warm welcome reception and canapés in the courtyard, setting the tone for an unforgettable communal dining experience in the Bocuse Room. The menu features dishes such as Gnocchi de Pommes de Terre with Morel mushroom and Madeira Velouté, Forest Mushrooms, Morel Mushrooms, and Black truffles, followed by Snake River Farms Eye of the Rib accompanied by Sauce Perigourdine, Truffle Potato Rosti, Pearl onions, Confit shallots, Hen of the wood mushrooms, and Black truffles. Dessert will feature the decadent Black Truffle Profiteroles with K+M chocolate sauce and black truffle ice cream.
