President of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Foundation and Senior Vice President of Nicklaus Children’s Health System
Allison Baker is President of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Foundation and Senior Vice President of Nicklaus Children’s Health System, where she is responsible for leading all fundraising and philanthropy strategies and efforts, including the organization’s successful Forward for Generations campaign. She joined Nicklaus Children’s in November 2023, bringing more than two decades of experience in nonprofit, higher education, medical and grateful patient philanthropy and leadership. Prior to her current position, Allison spent 18 years at Johns Hopkins University & Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland, last serving as Chief Development Officer for Women’s & Children’s Health. Allison earned her bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University. She has two sons and a daughter, as well as a chocolate lab and golden retriever. She lives in Miami with her husband, Scott.
