Bailea Tinsley Ogden is Director of Global Investigations & Intelligence Services at Miami-based 5 Stones intelligence (5Si), where she leads a multinational team of more than 130 analysts, investigators, and subject-matter experts supporting complex intelligence and investigative operations across 44 U.S. states and key international markets. At 5Si, she directs high-stakes investigations involving corporate misconduct, financial crime, foreign bribery, and international corruption. A former FBI Special Agent and attorney, she brings a rare combination of legal training, investigative experience, and leadership to the global risk and intelligence sector. After earning her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, she spent five years with the FBI investigating financial crimes, public corruption, and transnational criminal organizations. Prior to the FBI, she practiced law at Baker Donelson in the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring group. At 32, she holds a senior leadership role in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
