President & CEO, Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services (JFS)
Danielle N. Hartman has served as President and CEO of Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services (JFS) since March 2010. Under her leadership, the organization’s operating budget has grown to more than $25 million, with endowments and investible assets exceeding $15 million. She has focused on diversifying revenue streams and strengthening community partnerships to expand services and ensure long-term sustainability.
Danielle earned her M.S. in Nonprofit Management from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in 2010 and was recognized as a Distinguished Alumna in 2017. She remains actively engaged with the university, serving on advisory boards for the FAU Sandler School of Social Work and the School of Public Administration, and teaching strategic planning within its management certification program. In 2024, she was nominated for a Women in Leadership Award by the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, recognizing her continued impact in the nonprofit sector.
