Lissette M. Calderon is the Founder and CEO of Neology Group, a vertically integrated real estate firm recognized for design-led development, cultural relevance, and disciplined execution. Under her leadership, the firm creates thoughtfully designed residential communities across diverse neighborhoods, delivering durable, risk-adjusted returns while strengthening the identity of emerging and established districts.
A Miami native, Calderon launched her impact along the Miami River with Neo Lofts, a pioneering development that helped catalyze the river’s transformation. Since then, Neology Group has delivered more than 3,000 residential units across Miami’s urban core, representing nearly 5 million square feet and a portfolio valued at over $2 billion, with more than 2,000 additional units in pre-construction and permitting across South Florida.
Calderon holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, cum laude, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
