Macy Danza is the owner of Luxe + Mane Salon, a premier luxury hair salon based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Under her leadership, she has built and led a team of over 15 employees, many of whom have grown into six-figure earners through her mentorship and structured development programs. In less than three years, Macy has successfully expanded the brand toward a second location, reflecting her strategic vision and commitment to growth. Before entering the beauty industry, Macy served as a captain of the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders, where she developed the discipline, leadership, and performance standards she now brings to her business. She is deeply committed to giving back, with Luxe + Mane actively supporting local charities and community initiatives.
