Rachel Blumberg is President and CEO of Toby & Leon Cooperman Sinai Residences in Boca Raton, Florida, a five-star not-for-profit senior living community with over $500 million in assets and more than one million square feet. She has worked in senior care since 1994, beginning her career at age 18. Since 2021, she has led a campus that includes independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care services.
Under her leadership, Sinai Residences has twice been named the #1 Best Place to Work in America for Aging Services (Small/Medium Category), reflecting her focus on culture and staff wellbeing. She is a national advocate in senior living through LeadingAge and the American Business Immigration Coalition, serves on multiple boards, and founded the Women’s Leadership Network in 2021. In 2026, she will be inducted into McKnight’s Women of Distinction Hall of Honor.
