Brooklyn Kura Better Together Sake Dinner at Uchi Miami

Some things are simply Better Together. Uchi Miami and Brooklyn Kura are celebrating the national launch of Better Together, their collaborative Junmai Ginjo sake, with an intimate 10-course omakase and sake pairing dinner at the Wynwood restaurant.
Joined by Brooklyn Kura Co-Founder and President Brian Polen, guests will enjoy five sake pairings alongside a menu from Chef Diana Martinez featuring Uchi favorites and dishes created exclusively for the evening. Highlights include Hama Chili, Pork Belly, Karaage Chicken and a Chef’s Selection of Nigiri.
Throughout the evening, Polen will guide guests through the pairings while sharing more about the craft behind Brooklyn Kura and Better Together, a sake born from years of collaboration between the two teams.
Tickets are $175 per person and space is limited.
