Bresky Law Hires Yandrey Rodriguez Diaz as an Associate

Bresky Law welcomed Yandrey Rodriguez Diaz to serve as an Associate for the law firm. He will focus his practice on appellate law and estate planning while also assisting litigators at other firms with complex research and writing.

Before joining the Boca Raton-based firm, Rodriguez Diaz practiced law in Cuba for several years, where he gained experience in estate planning, contracts and family law.

Rodriguez Diaz received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he also served as a research assistant for international environmental law issues and regulations. He was selected to the Externship Program with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where he gained experience and skills in federal civil litigation. Rodriguez Diaz also obtained a master’s degree in international law from the University of Miami School of Law, specializing in U.S. and transnational law for foreign-trained attorneys.

In Cuba, he attended Central University of Las Villas Faculty of Law and earned a Licenciado en Derecho (summa cum laude) considered an equivalent to a J.D. in the United States.

Rodriguez Diaz is admitted to practice in both Cuba and Florida and is fluent in Spanish and English.

“I want to welcome Yandrey to the firm,” says Robin Bresky, founder and president of Bresky Law. “He is a bright individual with a number of unique experiences that should add value to our client relationships.”

Bresky Law, based in Boca Raton, Florida, is a female-owned boutique law firm focused on appellate law, litigation support, trusts and estates, and corporate transactions throughout Florida.
