With more than a decade of experience, she works at the intersection of operations, technology, and business strategy, helping leadership teams connect technical decisions to measurable business outcomes. Her approach is grounded in execution—improving visibility, reducing operational friction, and building structures that enable teams to perform with greater clarity as companies scale.
In addition to her executive role, Cristher is a Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) Ambassador, an active contributor to the global cloud-native ecosystem, and Co-founder of the Hispanic Cloud Native Foundation.
