Shichiken Sake Collaboration Dinner at YASU Omakase

On Friday, August 28th, YASU Omakase will welcome Shichiken Sake, a historic Japanese brewery from Yamanashi, Chef Yasu Tanaka’s hometown in Japan, for a one-night-only 10-course omakase paired with five sake selections.
The collaboration draws on Tanaka’s personal connection to Shichiken and their shared roots in Yamanashi. For the evening, Tanaka will feature rare selections hand-carried from Japan, including the brewery’s celebrated sparkling sake and bottles not typically available in Miami. Crafted with pure, soft water from the Japanese Southern Alps, the sake’s clean, refined profile will complement Tanaka’s precise approach to omakase, centered on pristine seafood flown directly from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market alongside premium Florida fish, progressing from delicate otsumami to expertly prepared nigiri.
The evening will be limited to two intimate seatings at 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM, accommodating just 8-9 guests each, and priced at $395 per person. Each guest will also receive an exclusive gift from the Shichiken brewery to commemorate the collaboration.
