Kim Ali is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at John Knox Village of Florida, a Life Plan Community in Pompano Beach. She leads sales, marketing, life enrichment, fitness, resident IT education, healthcare admissions, PR, and home health, overseeing 30+ team members.
She led the launch of Westlake, a 147-unit luxury tower, achieving 100% occupancy in under a year and ahead of projections. In 2025, her team generated over $26 million in entrance fees, strengthening the organization’s financial position.
She also helped expand the Center for Healthy Living, adding multiple medical specialties to enhance resident care. With more than 25 years in senior living, Kim is a respected industry leader and advocate for Life Plan Communities and holistic aging.
She serves on the LeadingAge Women’s Steering Committee and is actively involved in community initiatives supporting nonprofits, employee families, and disaster relief.
