2021 Legal Awards Honoree: Peter S. Sachs

“As a child of survivors born in a refugee camp in Berlin, it was the goal of my parents to make sure I received a good education that had been denied to them. After graduating from Queens College, CUNY and performing military service, I wanted to use that opportunity to help protect the freedoms and individual rights we enjoy in the best country in the world – the USA. I attended Fordham Law School from 1970-1973, graduating cum laude before relocating to Florida.”
