Andres Molgora migrated to the U.S. from Colombia at age 15, and after graduating High School, he joined the Marine Corps from 2002 to 2006, where he reached the rank of Sergeant. Once Molgora returned home, he used the GI Bill to complete his education, decided to go into public accounting, and quickly climbed the ranks. He says the key has been to develop deep technical expertise applied in a personable manner that allows him to develop strong relationships with his clients.
He is a tax professional with more than 11 years of experience in public accounting, including 9 years with a national firm. He focuses on advising clients on the use of partnerships in operating businesses, investment fund structures, mergers & acquisitions, and business restructurings.
Molgora has extensive experience addressing complex partnership transactions including capital account maintenance, income/loss allocations, and liability allocations.
