Sean Smith is a partner in the West Palm Beach Office of Shutts & Bowen, where he is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. Smith focuses his practice on the areas of business, real estate, and construction litigation. He is a leader within his law firm, serving on the firm’s Attorney Development Committee, overseeing the West Palm Beach office’s summer associate program, and serving as a mentor for younger attorneys. Outside the office, Smith volunteers on multiple boards and is actively engaged in other organizations within the legal community.Â
