Frank Lopez is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Ryder System, Inc., a leading global logistics and transportation company with more than 45,000 employees. In this position, he is responsible for leading Ryder’s Human Resources function, which includes talent management, recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, HR operations, and labor relations. Lopez is a member of Ryder’s Executive Leadership Team and has been with Ryder for more than 20 years. Ryder is regularly recognized for its industry-leading practices in third-party logistics, technology-driven innovations, environmentally friendly solutions, corporate social responsibility, world-class safety programs, military veteran recruitment initiatives, and the hiring of a diverse workforce. Prior to joining Ryder, he spent four years as an attorney with the national law firm Fisher & Phillips LLP. Lopez is on the Board of Directors for BrightView Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BV). He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida International University Foundation. He earned a law degree from Emory University School of Law and a bachelor’s in Political Science from Florida International University.
