2023 Human Resources Honoree: Lisa Wilson

Lisa Wilson graduated from the University of Memphis in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Sociology. She has spent her 34-year career in Human Resources in various industries, including banking, retail and manufacturing. She participated as a member of the Board of Directors in SHRM Memphis, acting as their treasurer. Wilson joined HairClub in September of 2021 as the Director, Human Resources and has since been promoted twice to her current position of Vice President, Talent and Culture. She has proven successful in creating a people-first inclusive culture that aligns the people strategy with the business objectives. When she is not driving the People Experience at HairClub, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family.
