Tasha Dickinson, a senior partner in Day Pitney’s West Palm Beach office, leads the firm’s trusts and estates practice in South Florida. She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts, and Estates Lawyer and manages a robust trusts and estates practice. Tasha oversees the West Palm Beach office, including hiring choices, its mentorship program, and other administrative responsibilities. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Board. Tasha has extensive experience with complex wealth preservation strategies, business succession planning, and charitable planning. She represents fiduciaries in complicated estate and trust administration matters. Tasha has developed a niche working with family offices and has written and lectured extensively on residency planning. Additionally, Tasha is a director with the C. Kenneth Baxter and Laura Baxter Foundation and an advisor to the Baxter Scholars Program through her work with the Young Singers of the Palm Beaches. She is on the Board of Trustees for the Town of Palm Beach United Way and a member of its Allocations Committee. Tasha is a past President of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, an American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Fellow, and an alum of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
