Ashley Carroll serves as VP and Regional Community Banking Manager at Seacoast Bank. She has been a professional banker in the Palm Beach County area for nearly 30 years. She married her high school sweetheart, Shane Carroll, and they have been together for almost 31 years. Ashley is also a very involved mother to her three boys, who are her world. When she is not working, she can volunteer for nonprofits or travel with her family and friends. Ashley has worked at Seacoast for 10+ years in management positions and has played an integral role in raising production and accountability across 14 branches while successfully onboarding several acquired banks. She started her banking career at Admiralty Bank as a Head Teller, and during her five years there, she held positions in both the branches and the support offices. She then found career growth opportunities at Fidelity Federal Bank & Trust, which took her to a management role as Branch Operations Manager for almost eight years. Ashley held Assistant Manager positions at BankUnited and TD Bank for collectively six years before joining the Seacoast team in November 2013. Born in Florida on a naval base, Ashley moved quite a bit as her family followed her father around the United States to different Navy bases he was assigned to serve. They settled in the Jupiter area when Ashley was 13, and she has been proud to live and work in Palm Beach and Broward counties for 35 years. Ashley’s family has enlisted in various military branches, thus instilling in her a passion for honoring, remembering, recognizing, and appreciating those who have served and those now serving. Ashley is very involved with giving back to her community, sits on the Board of Habitat for Humanity GPBC, and is a constant presence at other local nonprofit events. For six years, Ashley has been active with Habitat for Humanity for Greater Palm Beach County and was instrumental in creating a Veterans Build. She even did an “over the edge” challenge for a Veterans Build where she conquered her fear of heights and repelled down the side of a 19-story building to raise funds for the cause. Ashley serves on Seacoast’s Diversity & Inclusion Council and on the Leadership Team for Seacoast’s Military Support Associate Resource Group, which is dedicated to supporting the military community within Seacoast, providing resources, support, and a sense of camaraderie to our military personnel, veterans, and their families. Through the Military ARG, the group aims to foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported. She is also an active member of the Women Mean Business ARG at Seacoast.
