NAMIWalks Miami-Dade is an annual community fundraising event hosted by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) that brings together individuals, families, organizations, and community members to raise awareness and support for mental health. The event takes place during Mental Health Awareness Month and encourages participants to walk together, share their stories, and advocate for the message of “Mental Health for All.”
In 2026, the walk will be held on May 16 at 8:00 a.m. at loanDepot Park, home of the Miami Marlins. Participants can register individually or as teams, fundraise for the cause, and engage with community resources and support networks.
Funds raised through NAMIWalks help support free mental health programs, education, advocacy, outreach, and support services provided by NAMI Miami-Dade County to individuals and families affected by mental illness. Each year, thousands of people participate, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars to expand access to mental health resources and reduce stigma in the community.
