World-renowned art show moves online

From Nov. 1-4, the European Fine Art Foundation hosts its first virtual art fair, which will provide attendees with direct, live access to its community of world-renowned dealers. Taking the place of TEFAF New York, the fair will feature almost 300 specialist exhibitors who will present one “masterpiece” representing their respective areas of expertise. The work available will cover 7,000 years of art history through the work, which has gone through the most thorough vetting procedure possible within a digital context by TEFAF. The fair also features TEFAF Talks, conversations from art experts on display and collecting.

Walter Padovani, Milan, specializing in ancient art, will display Rinaldo Rinaldi’s (Italy, 1793- 1873) Justice and Peace Embrace (1845) a terracotta piece from the prestigious collection of the Earls of Harewood.

Bergamin & Gomide, São Paulo, will offer the rare and remarkable work Idílio (1929) by eminent Brazilian modernist painter Tarsila do Amaral
