From whom, or what, do you draw inspiration? I draw inspiration from other C-Level executives. Whether they are people that I know personally or entrepreneurs that I read about in books and articles, I love to gather as much insight as possible and find out how they became successful in their roles. I learn a lot from observing their thought processes and methods. I really get inspired by their stories and unique perspectives.

I’ve been able to overcome and handle this with my mentors that give me advice on how to handle it and what not to do and how to keep pressing forward. I also have a lot of faith in God, so I believe as long as you put God first, everything else is kind of planned out.
What advice would you give an up and coming professional? Stay focused and motivated. The time will come where you get so frustrated and just want to give up. Just stay focused and stay motivated and remember why you started this in the first place.
