AR Development sold the 7,250-square-foot 6493 Allison Road for $12.5 million. The company is registered to Gregg Covin, one of the developers behind Zaha Hadid’s One Thousand Museum.
The lucky buyer, who is undisclosed, was represented by Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman. AR was represented by Cyril Matz with Douglas Elliman and Chad Carroll with Compass.
With seven bedrooms and bathrooms, the contemporary wonder features contemporary interior finishes and furnishings by Artefacto as well as a spectacular rooftop terrace. The open living spaces include a kitchen with custom Ornare kitchen cabinetry and closets throughout. The master suite features oversized his and her closets, master bathroom, sitting area and terrace extending along the entire east side of the house.
