Public records show the seller is Sierra Development and the buyer is Noelle Pallais. They were represented by Michael Martinez with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Maria Carmen Mayoral from Luxe Properties, LLC, respectively.
Martinez credits the sale to the higher prices developers have put on new construction to cover costs as the pandemic continues to cause shortages of building materials around the world.
With 7,994 square feet of interior space on a 37,461 square foot gated lot, the home has plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Indoor commodities such as an eat-in kitchen, wine cellar and wet bar are complemented by outdoor amenities such as a resort-style pool and spa, and summer kitchen with terrace. Other features include a mud/laundry room, gas fireplace, three-car garage, staff quarters and master suite with walk-in closet and soaking tub.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_gallery interval=”3″ images=”73463,73464,73465,73466,73467,73468,73469,73470″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
