New construction sells for $7 million in Coral Gables

The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom wonder on an expansive 47,916-square-foot lot is one of two new homes sold in the Snapper Creek Lakes since 2015. It sold for $7.35 million to Lucas Andreika, represented by Stefanie Genauer with Douglas Elliman. The seller is Jose Raposo, represented by Michael Martinez with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

Features include a custom kitchen with Wolf and Subzero appliances as well as quartz stone countertops. En-suite bathrooms and a grand master suite with a balcony and lavish spa bath offer comfort for residents. For entertaining, there’s a home theater/office, media room, resort-style pool with a summer kitchen and a walk-in wine cellar. Check out more pictures below.
