Brickell City Centre Welcomes New Tenants to Reach Near Capacity

The Shops at Brickell City Centre recently welcomed several newly opened retailers, with even more scheduled to move in shortly. The 500,000-square-foot retail center offers a mix of premium and luxury retailers, dining and entertainment options. New tenants occupying 16,742 square feet of retail space include TOMS, Indochino, Intimissimi, Elie Tahari, Beach Bunny, Bikiny Society, Solea Medical Spa and Beauty Lounge, Forward Health and Café Americano.

“We are proud to announce our new tenants that have helped fuel our leasing success with The Shops at BCC approaching 100 percent leased during this unprecedented time and nearly 71 percent sales growth so far this year,” says David Martin, vice president of retail for Swire Properties, a Miami-based developer of urban office, hotel and condominium properties. “Swire is dedicated to offering a well-rounded mix of attractions for locals and tourists alike, and I look forward to seeing these premier retailers becoming a part of Miami’s most dynamic destination.”

In the age of COVID019, the open-air retail center provides a 24-hour destination for dining, entertainment, shopping and culture. The center spans three city blocks in the heart of Miami’s financial district.
