ALINA Residences in Boca Raton Begins Phase Two Development

The final phase of ALINA Residences in Boca Raton recently began after local officials and developers held a groundbreaking ceremony for the second phase of the residential development, which neighbors the Boca Raton Resort and Club golf course. ALINA Residences features condo buildings with resort-style amenities featuring luxurious interior design and architecture.

Phase two includes two nine-story residential buildings (ALINA 210 and ALINA 220) with 182 luxury units, which will complete the entire project. Phase one consists of a nine-story, 121 unit condo building called Alina 200, constructed last year. Sales of the final phase of the development are underway. The ALINA Residences project offers private residences, penthouses and villas ranging from under 1,400 to over 5,400 square feet for $1.7 to over $8 million and recently won the Project of the Year Award at the 2021 Craftsmanship Awards held by the Construction Association of South Florida (CASF).

Phase two will add two acres of private outdoor amenity space to ALINA. All ALINA residences feature luxury amenities such as his and hers spa facilities with dry saunas, steam rooms, treatment rooms and relaxation rooms; state-of-the-art fitness centers, multiple rooftop swimming pools with private cabanas, fire pits, dedicated yoga areas, highly appointed club rooms, two dog parks and more.

El-Ad National Properties, an Elad Group company, will oversee the construction of phase two, while Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive sales team for ALINA Residences.
