Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia recently unveiled plans for the tower’s dramatic penthouse collection, including a pair of 54th-floor triplex residences with expansive rooftop terraces and Biscayne Bay views. The penthouse collection includes 10 upscale places, including two triplex homes with private rooftop terraces, each featuring spa pools and indoor/outdoor summer kitchens overlooking Biscayne Bay. These residences range from 5,432 to 5,900 square feet and are priced between $12 million and $13 million.
Developed by Related Group in partnership with Alta Developers, the 56-story condominium tower offers 317 luxury residences. It represents the first residential partnership for the Italian design house B&B Italia, known for its high-end collaborations with legacy brands such as Rolex, Hermès and Rolls-Royce. The tower’s architecture is by Arquitectonica and its interiors by renowned designer Piero Lissoni,
