Construction Begins on Two Warehouse Projects in West Palm Beach

Miller Construction Company recently began construction on a multi-warehouse project at Lake Park Industrial and Ranch House Industrial in West Palm Beach. The project will provide 318,000 square feet of Class A industrial products for Dalfen Industrial LLC for convenient, statewide distribution channels. Both warehouses will give distribution, logistics, and e-commerce tenants quick access to Florida’s Turnpike, Interstate 95 and U.S. 1. The buildings are expected to be completed during the first half of this year.

“We are excited to partner with Dalfen Industrial for the first time and are eager to deliver two state-of-the-art warehouses to the market,” Brian Sudduth says, president of Miller Construction, a statewide, privately-held construction firm. “Florida’s need for industrial remains strong and we hope to have an ongoing relationship with Dalfen on future projects.”

The Lake Park Industrial building at 1100 Old Dixie Highway will encompass 184,880 square feet with 32-foot, clear-height ceilings. The warehouse is designed with 40 dock doors that have 10-foot clearances.

The Ranch House Industrial at 2850 Ranch House Road will span 133,075 square feet and will be equipped with 26 dock doors with 10-foot clearances. The tilt-wall warehouse will be constructed with structural steel and joists, deck framing and TPO roofing.

“Miller Construction brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience to these projects, streamlining the planning process from permitting to procurement,” Tyler McElroy says, Dalfen Director of Development and Construction. “We are happy to partner with such professionals and are eager to deliver future tenants two Class A warehouse options in the growing West Palm Beach community.”
