A condo in the coveted The Bristol West Palm Beach condominium set a record after selling for $21 million, the highest price ever paid for a single unit, which was double what it previously traded for in 2019. The unit at
1100 S Flagler Drive #1901 was sold by Samantha Curry with Douglas Elliman, who has sold close to $400M at The Bristol. Steve Hall with Compass repped the buyer.
