E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Unveils Fresh Dining Concepts With Riviera Dining Group

The Riviera Dining Group has built a reputation for overseeing some of Florida’s most enchanting and engaging hospitality experiences.

Developers PMG and E11EVEN Partners are excited to share that Riviera Dining Group (RDG) has signed a long-term agreement with renewal options at E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami, a dual-tower development situated in the heart of Miami’s renowned District 11. RDG, a luxury hospitality company based in Miami, will bring its exceptional culinary concepts to a 16,000-square-foot restaurant with a 5,200-square-foot lounge and a rooftop members-only concept. Situated at 20 Northeast 11th St. in the recently expanded entertainment district, the luxury hospitality company originating from Miami will feature its ideas in a 16,000-square-foot restaurant accompanied by a 5,200-square-foot lounge and a members-only concept on the rooftop.

“We are thrilled that E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami will soon house the next transformative concept by Riviera Dining Group,” Ryan Shear says, managing partner at PMG. “E11EVEN Hotel & Residences prides itself on demonstrating a world-class, over-the-top lifestyle in the heart of Downtown Miami. We are pleased to have Riviera Dining Group’s talented hospitality team join us in bringing that vision to life for our residents and guests.”

The Riviera Dining Group is well-known for managing several of Florida’s most captivating and immersive hospitality concepts, such as MILAMILA OmakaseMILA Lounge, and MM, as well as AVA MediterrAegean and MM in Winter Park. Recently, RDG took over the management of BÂOLI Miami, the renowned restaurant and nightlife destination situated on Collins Avenue in South Beach. With the guidance of RDG, BÂOLI has reopened with an updated aesthetic, elevated ambiance, and a new menu. Additionally, RDG has plans to unveil its next multi-setting concept, CASA NEOS Miami, in Brickell later this year.

“We pride ourselves on continuing to be ahead of the curve when creating innovative, sensorial experiences for guests,” Greg Galy says, partner and CEO at Riviera Dining Group. “By partnering with E11EVEN and PMG, we’re able to continue providing guests with memorable experiences while simultaneously adding new venues to our luxurious and rapidly expanding portfolio.”

The recent expansion of E11EVEN Hotel & Residences’ second tower, E11EVEN Residences Beyond, has been followed by two new concepts. Developers are acquiring the nearby “Heart” site at 50 Northeast 11th St. to meet the high demand for these residences and record-breaking sales success across both towers. The additional units for sale and amenity space will include an upper and lower deck totaling 14,637 square feet and an expanded resort-style 1,638-square-foot pool with private lounge areas.

“Miami’s District 11 continues to evolve as the city’s leading entertainment district delivering top-notch dining and innovative nightlife experiences paired with exceptional residences,” Michael Simkins says, E11EVEN Partners and co-developer of E11EVEN Hotel & Residences. “The expansion of the incredible property and its commitment to maximizing value for all who call it home is a testament to its idyllic placement within District 11, which will become an entertainment destination in Miami. We look forward to watching E11EVEN Hotel & Residences rise, further solidifying itself as one of the top ultra-luxury residential developments in South Florida.”

BIOGRAPHY

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico. His other clients have included Four Seasons, Acqualina Resort & Residences, Yahoo!, American Airlines, Wynn, Douglas Elliman and Corcoran. As an adjunct assistant professor, Limsky has taught journalism, film and creative writing at the City University of New York, Pace University, American University and other colleges.
