Katalina Cruz joined KWPMC in 2004. She has been integral to the company’s growth function as both Chief Financial Officer and Director of Human Resources. In 2015, Cruz was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, where she continued to strengthen the Company’s values emphasizing superior customer service and enhancing talent management.
Fun fact: I enjoy doing triathlons and have completed three Ironman 70.3 races.
What is your favorite South Florida dining destination? My favorite South Florida dining destination is Joe’s Stone Crab Restaurant.
What do you like to do on weekends? Weekend time is precious time. I enjoy spending quality time with my three children, watching movies, and enjoying the outdoors.
How do you unwind from a long day at work? I have many long days and the fastest way for me to unwind is to jump on my Peleton (spinning bike) and do a 30-minute high-intensity class. Spinning helps to clear my mind!
