Avida Aventura Reaches Construction Milestone

Current Builders recently celebrated the topping off of Avida Aventura, a transit-oriented apartment community developed by Fifield Cos. Located at 19401 W. Dixie Highway in Aventura, the eight-story development will include studio to three-bedroom floor plans and over 20,000 square feet of amenity space.

“Current Builders is delighted to work alongside Fifield Cos. and reach this construction milestone,” Michael Taylor, CEO of Current Builders, the general contractor for the project. “As a transit-oriented apartment community, Avida Aventura will perfectly align with the Aventura lifestyle, which is known for its high social energy and affinity for design. Our skilled construction team has worked diligently to bring this property to life, and we look forward to its opening.”

Designed by MSA Architects and interiors by ID & Design International, Avida Aventura is near the Aventura Mall and the new Brightline Aventura rail station. Floorplans will range from 470 to 1,400 square feet with a more significant number of three-bedroom apartments. The property will offer an array of amenities, including a 20,000-square-foot rooftop entertaining deck with a heated pool, shaded cabanas, dining areas, grills, sauna, and a spa; dog spa; fitness center; two resident lounges with dining and coworking and hosting sites; and a dedicated coworking space.
