Alessandra Stivelman, B.C.S., Board Certified Condominium and Planned Development Law, is a shareholder/partner at Eisinger Law, a full-service law firm based in Hollywood. Her primary areas of practice are real estate law, condominium and community association law, commercial litigation, construction litigation, and corporate/partnership law. Stivelman is a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Upon graduating cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, she earned her juris doctorate and graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. Stivelman regularly teaches a DBPR-approved Condominium and Homeowners Association Board Certification Course and regularly trains and certifies clients of the law firm and board members throughout the state. In addition, she is certified to teach DBPR-approved continuing education classes for community association property managers and CAM licensees and frequently participates in panel speaking events on various community association and real estate topics. Stivelman also teaches Condominium Law at NSU Shepard Broad College of Law as an adjunct Professor. Stivelman serves as the Secretary of the Condominium and Planned Development Law Committee of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar (“RPPTL”). Additionally, Stivelman serves as Co-Chair of the Florida Education Initiative, a partnership between the Education Section of the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes and the Condominium and Planned Development Committee of the RPPTL Section of The Florida Bar. Stivelman also serves as Co-Chair of the RPPTL Condominium and Planned Development Law Certification Review Course.
