Meet Christine Martinez de Castro, VP of Sales & Marketing/Broker of Record for CMC Group

Christine Martinez de Castro brings over 20 years of expertise in sales, public relations, and marketing to CMC Group, where she leads the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. She began her career at Ketchum Public Relations, managing several key international accounts before transitioning to Delta Air Lines’ Corporate Communications management team. During the events of 9/11, Christine was selected to lead cross-organizational communication efforts, crafting and executing both internal and external communication strategies. After maintaining Delta as a client, she returned to South Florida in 2004 to freelance as a Public Relations Consultant with a prestigious client roster, including JetBlue, GE Energy, and Coca-Cola North America. In 2010, as the real estate market rebounded, Christine shifted into development sales, joining Fortune’s team. There, she successfully contributed to the sellout of prominent projects such as Artech, Wind, Icon Brickell, and Midtown. Christine then returned to agency work, becoming Vice President of Public Relations, Marketing, and Sales at an international marketing agency based in Miami. Leading teams across the US and Latin America, she worked directly with developers on high-profile projects such as One Thousand Museum, Privé, Biscayne Beach, and Costa Hollywood. During her tenure, she grew the PR department by over 200% and secured key clients, including JetBlue, New Zealand Tourism, and Marriott. Most recently, as a proud graduate of the University of Florida, Christine earned her degree in public relations and business as a McNair Scholar and member of the Kappa Tau Alpha honor society. She currently resides in Miami with her three daughters.
