JoLinda Herring, Esq., managing shareholder and CEO of Bryant Miller Olive P.A., oversees the firm’s seven offices in Florida, Georgia and Washington, D.C. She creates strategies to grow the firm while focusing on developing under-tapped talent. She was instrumental in creating the Florida Municipal Loan Council and the Florida Rural Utility Financing Commission. As past co-chair of BMO’s Public Finance Group and Chair of BMO’s Board of Directors, her team completed more bond transactions in Florida than any other law firm over the past 10 years in their respective roles as Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel. She was recognized by Florida Trend’s Legal Elite in the Managing Partner and Women Leaders categories. In 2023, she was recognized as a Prestigious Woman by SFBW. She serves on the Board of Trustees at Fisk University. She is the Chair of the Development Committee and past Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Florida Memorial University. She established scholarship funds for students at both universities. She is a past member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers Board of Directors and currently serves as Chair of the Travelling Seminar Committee.
