Loudrige Jean-Philippe is an accomplished executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Palm Beach Health Network Physician Group with Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Prior to joining Tenet, Loudrige held leadership roles at HCA and Ascension St. John. She consistently demonstrates a visionary approach to improving operational efficiencies, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional patient care and access. Her passion for healthcare is matched by her belief in the transformative power of education. Loudrige serves as a board advisor for a foundation that provides free education to students and is the founder of a women’s school that empowers young women with job skills to become self-sufficient. Her mission is to equip them with the tools to make a lasting impact, instilling in them a sense of valor and achievement in their daily lives. Loudrige earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida. She holds a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and completed the Leadership Excellence Program with HCA and Harvard Business School. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Loudrige’s achievements have earned her the Distinguished Alumnus Award from Indian River State College TRiO Division; Awarded Top 50 African-American Leaders and SFBW Prestigious Women Award; Listed on Becker’s Healthcare 231 Black Healthcare Leaders to Know in 2024.
