He has worked with international and diverse teams and holds an MSc in Training and HRM from Leicester University in the UK. Marcus’ core competencies and areas of expertise include creating and implementing world-class people and talent strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and values and drives a high-performance culture. He leads all aspects of the People & Culture function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, people operations, compensation, benefits, labor relations, change management, internal mobility, compliance, DEI, and organizational culture. Marcus also has extensive experience in private equity and M&A integration, having led the global people operations team at Flash Global and the HR department at Dufry Travel Retail Americas & Caribbean.
