Business Development Board (BDB) of Palm Beach County to Host Real Estate Presentation

As part of its mission to enhance business opportunities in the area, the Business Development Board (BDB) of Palm Beach County is hosting its monthly Upper-Level Breakfast to provide economic insight to its members. Mukang Cho (pictured, left), who founded Morning Calm Management, will be the keynote speaker. His presentation is titled, Investing in the Most Dynamic US Real Estate Market. The event lasts from 8 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. on Jan. 19 at the West Palm Beach Marriott at 1001 Okeechobee Blvd.

Morning Calm Management recently purchased three downtown West Palm Beach buildings (pictured, top), including the Comeau Building at 319 Clematis Street, the Harvey Building at 224 Datura Street and Atrium at 324 Datura Street.
