Cinch I.T. Sets Sights on Fort Lauderdale for Business Expansion

Cinch I.T., a rapidly growing I.T. service provider in the U.S., is planning to expand its support network in various new markets across the country, including Fort Lauderdale. As the demand for I.T. services is rising in the locality, Cinch I.T. is actively seeking additional franchisees to join their team and assist in providing services to the South Florida region.

“With the immense growth of businesses moving and expanding in Fort Lauderdale and South Florida, we knew this would be the perfect area to help with the demand for more I.T. and cloud computing services,” says Rick Porter, president of Cinch I.T. “With the world becoming vastly more digital, we have been continuing to keep up with the rising demand and to help more businesses navigate their I.T. operations. We hope that by expanding to Fort Lauderdale, we continue to grow our brand presence throughout the country and make significant impacts in ensuring emerging businesses of cyber safety.”

Fort Lauderdale has seen a significant surge in demand from local entrepreneurs interested in starting their own Managed Service Provider (MSP) businesses in the area. MSPs manage various business services like network, infrastructure, application, and security. Small businesses can benefit significantly from MSPs as they take care of the daily management services, allowing companies to concentrate on their core business and avoid lengthy computer system downtimes or service interruptions.

Cinch I.T. is a franchise system that provides each franchise with centralized client support, tech consulting, 24/7 network monitoring, hardware, software, sales, distribution, and centralized billing. This hands-on approach ensures that each franchisee is well-equipped for growth and success.

The brand is looking for local entrepreneurs in Fort Lauderdale interested in bringing the Cinch I.T. concept to their community. Opening a Cinch I.T. franchise can range from $100,025 to $124,850, including a $15,000 franchise fee and a $34,000 training and starter marketing package.

Drew Limsky

Editor-in-Chief

BIOGRAPHY

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico. His other clients have included Four Seasons, Acqualina Resort & Residences, Yahoo!, American Airlines, Wynn, Douglas Elliman and Corcoran. As an adjunct assistant professor, Limsky has taught journalism, film and creative writing at the City University of New York, Pace University, American University and other colleges.
