Colliers Reveals New Findings About Asking Rents and Vacancy Rates in South Florida

The office-market vacancy rate increased for the second consecutive quarter

According to Colliers, asking rents rose across South Florida in the fourth quarter of 2022. Broward County’s retail market vacancy rate decreased for the eighth consecutive quarter to 3.9% and hit a new high direct-asking rate,$26.84. The office-market vacancy rate increased for the second consecutive quarter to 10.7%. The industrial-market vacancy increased for the first time since Q2 2021 to 3.5%, and asking rates continued to increase.
