Construction Begins on Luxury Estate Homes in Davie

CC Homes recently began building the first 35 estate homes at Bristol Reserve in Davie. The boutique community features a gated entrance on the east side of Flamingo Road just north of Flamingo Gardens. The half-acre single-family home properties, priced from $1.6 million, is the latest development from the builder of new construction homes in South Florida.

Bristol Reserve offers five highly customizable floor plans from 3,985 to more than 5,313 square feet featuring four to seven bedrooms, three and a half to five and a half bathrooms. Private quarters and bonus studio spaces and outdoor summer kitchens are available. The estates in Bristol Reserve include contemporary features, flooring and millwork from designer brands and a wide variety of materials, finishes and brand-new appliances for home personalization.

The location in west Davie offers a lush and quiet neighborhood with ranch properties, charming estates and sprawling green lawns with wide, well-kept sidewalks and meandering trails for cycling, jogging and horseback riding.

“Bristol Reserve’s construction commencement is a special moment for the team, considering we sold 50% of the community purely through virtual tours and reference to the homes at Circle S Estates, which are very similar,” Diana Ibarria says, Vice President of sales and marketing at CC Homes.

CC Homes is also near completion for the Southwest Ranches development (Circle S Estates) and closed on the final home at Kingfisher Estates on SW 130th Ave. in Davie earlier this month. CC Homes has construction underway at Kingfisher Reserve in Cooper City, another boutique community with 39 homes. Kingfisher Reserve is down to just one home remaining for sale in the community. Additional new home developments are coming soon from CC Homes in Broward and Miami-Dade County.

For information on acquiring one of the remaining new construction homes available, or learning about future communities, contact the builder at (305) 644-4663 or visit the CC Homes showroom in the Shops at Pembroke Gardens at 609 SW 145th Terrace in Pembroke Pines.

Drew Limsky joined Lifestyle Media Group in August 2020 as Editor-in-Chief of South Florida Business & Wealth. His first issue of SFBW, October 2020, heralded a reimagined structure, with new content categories and a slew of fresh visual themes. “As sort of a cross between Forbes and Robb Report, with a dash of GQ and Vogue,” Limsky says, “SFBW reflects South Florida’s increasingly sophisticated and dynamic business and cultural landscape.”

Limsky, an avid traveler, swimmer and film buff who holds a law degree and Ph.D. from New York University, likes to say, “I’m a doctor, but I can’t operate—except on your brand.” He wrote his dissertation on the nonfiction work of Joan Didion. Prior to that, Limsky received his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Emory University and earned his M.A. in literature at American University in connection with a Masters Scholar Award fellowship.

Limsky came to SFBW at the apex of a storied career in journalism and publishing that includes six previous lead editorial roles, including for some of the world’s best-known brands. He served as global editor-in-chief of Lexus magazine, founding editor-in-chief of custom lifestyle magazines for Cadillac and Holland America Line, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Modern Luxury Interiors South Florida. He also was the executive editor for B2B magazines for Acura and Honda Financial Services, and he served as travel editor for Conde Nast. Magazines under Limsky’s editorship have garnered more than 75 industry awards.

He has also written for many of the country’s top newspapers and magazines, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, USA Today, Worth, Robb Report, Afar, Time Out New York, National Geographic Traveler, Men’s Journal, Ritz-Carlton, Elite Traveler, Florida Design, Metropolis and Architectural Digest Mexico.
