Construction Begins on New Private Golf Community in Palm Beach County

A new luxury golf and lifestyle community will soon be coming to Palm Beach Gardens after the recent groundbreaking of Panther National. Designed in partnership with world-renowned architect Max Strang, legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus, PGA TOUR player Justin Thomas and Tesla Energy, the golf community is located within the Avenir community. It represents the first golf development in Palm Beach County in nearly two decades.

Panther National at 12255 Avenir Dr. will feature 218 custom, modern estates powered by Telsa Energy technologies with a Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas designed championship golf course and premium community amenities to provide a modern luxury living experience. Envisioned by Swiss developer Dominik Senn, a retired alpine ski racer and president and founder of international sports management agency 4sports & Entertainment, the development is now accepting reservations for the first collection, officially released for contract on April 30.
