Luxury Miami Beach condominium project announces completion

A new condo building promises the best of Miami Beach living.

Stantec recently announced its completion of the 18-story Eighty Seven Park, which features 65 units at 8701 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood.

The project was developed by Terra in partnership with Bizzi & Partners, New Valley and Pacific Eagle. Stantec served as the architect of record, working in collaboration with Pritzker Prize-winning Italian designer Renzo Piano Building Workshop.

“This project and the design intent required an extremely high level of detail only achievable through exceptional coordination. The building provides an instant connection to its surroundings by prioritizing unobstructed views of Miami Beach from its indoor and outdoor living spaces,” said Ryce Stallings, principal at Stantec, the firm behind such projects as Solitair Brickell, YotelPAD Miami, Luma at Miami Worldcenter, Yard 8 in Midtown Miami and Avalon Doral. “We’re proud to have created the exquisite Eighty Seven Park with the Renzo Piano Building Workshop team—their first residential project in the U.S.”

With views of the ocean, Miami skyline, and North Shore Open Space Park, the the 18-story oval-shaped condominium tower appears to float lightly above the ocean and the North Shore Open Space Park. Wrapped by 16 decks that fly above one another, the building captures the sound and reflection of the ocean. The project features 65 condominiums ranging from 1,400 to 7,000 square feet that offer expansive floor plans, massive outdoor living areas, ten-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and glass balconies with views of the ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, Miami skyline, and the neighboring park.

Eighty Seven Park also features amenities unique to most residential buildings. The onsite botanist curates and maintains a greenhouse experience in the reception area and is also available to help residents with their own private balcony gardens. An off-site librarian oversees the tower’s small, intimate library. Eighty Seven ParkFamilies have the convenience of a children’s playbox and youth rec room. There are two ground-level swimming pools outlined with private cabanas and leading to the beach. The pool area also features the Fuga Bar offering freshly made juices, smoothies, and salads. Other amenities include the Enoteca lobby wine bar, a gym, international salon, and a spa outfitted with a Hammam, sauna, and steam rooms.
