Elser Hotel & Residences Marks Grand Opening of The Beach Club in Miami Beach

The Beach Club has recently been unveiled by PMG and The Elser Hotel & Residences in Miami Beach, South of Fifth, providing luxurious beach experiences for residents and guests. The Beach Club offers many custom services, facilities and comforts within an ultimate oceanfront retreat. During the recent unveiling, guests enjoyed listening to DJ Candace Storch’s tropical musical stylings while taking in beachfront views, sipping specialty cocktails and indulging in gourmet hors d’oeuvres.

The Elser Hotel & Residences is located at 398 NE 5th St. in Downtown Miami, and it is sold exclusively by PMG Residential. The property offers fully furnished studio- to three-bedroom residences and more than 19,000 square feet of carefully curated amenities that provide stunning views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Highgate, a leading management company in the hospitality industry, manages the hotel. The property provides owners with the opportunity to participate in a short-term rental program that offers daily rental options through The Elser Hotel & Residences Owners Program.
