Give Miami Day

On Thursday, November 20, a giant purple ticker appearing across Miami-Dade will spark cheers from thousands of nonprofits, donors, and community leaders celebrating Miami’s unmatched generosity on Give Miami Day 2025. The 14th annual, 24-hour event unites South Floridians for one of the largest giving days in the nation. Hosted by The Miami Foundation, Give Miami Day invites everyone to shape a better Miami through mass generosity, with donations starting at just $25 and 100% of all donations going directly to nonprofits. The power of thousands giving together each year provides the fuel that the more than 1,300 participating nonprofits need to thrive.

Give Miami Day provides nonprofits with 100% flexible funds for their most urgent needs. More than half of participating nonprofits have operating budgets under $250,000, making unrestricted donations especially critical. These dollars are urgently needed to help fill the gap for struggling grassroots organizations experiencing wave after wave of state and federal budget cuts and knowing additional budget challenges are inevitable while community needs continue to rise.
