Enjoy five sake varieties between Nigori, Junmai Daiginjo, Yamahai and Tokubetsu Junmai, with food accompaniments featuring fan-favorite and seasonal specials, such as nigiri, Scallop Crudo with cherry blossom zu, Hanger Steak with brown butter chimichurri, Honshimeji (black lentil) and Banana Cake with White Coffee Kahlua-infused ice cream for dessert.
