TULĀ invites guests to indulge in an unforgettable culinary journey of sophistication and flavor that celebrates sustainability and culinary excellence on Thursday, November 21 from 5:30-8 p.m.!
Prior to dinner, enjoy a meet and greet with artist Rene von Richthofen, and enjoy featured pieces from his collections of monochromatic palettes, unique found objects and toy cars, which will be displayed around TULĀ. An Austrian-born artist now based in Palm Beach, Florida, he is a descendant of Manfred von Richthofen, the World War I fighter pilot known as the Red Baron. His work metaphorically addresses social and cultural issues, including global warming, war and racism.
Executive Chef Simon Apollonio has thoughtfully crafted a coursed menu, pairing TULĀ’s nutrient-rich dishes with award-winning, sustainably produced wines from Albert Bichot, boasting of certified organic selections. This family-owned winery began in Burgundy, France, and expanded to the U.S. in 2013.
This dinner event starts with a Albert Bichot representative-led toast at 5:30 p.m, followed by the five-course seated dinner at 6:00 p.m.
Tickets are $125. This Pairing Dinner is TULĀ’s fourth dinner of its new series, “Uncorked Events,” which will take place monthly.
