The firm is positioned to serve the region’s evolving business needs across retail, office and mixed-use sectors.

The newly launched firm is led by Candy Yeung, CCIM, MSRED, a seasoned industry professional with a robust background in real estate and finance development. It is set to offer specialized services for clients navigating one of the country’s. most active commercial corridors, from sourcing undervalued assets to executing long-term corporate leasing agreements. Particular emphasis is being placed on Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach, two markets that have experienced substantial post-pandemic growth. “Our model is structured to align with investor goals, market trends and the specific performance metrics unique to each asset class,” Yeung, who is also the company’s founder, said in a statement.
