Former Clothing CEO Lists Southwest Ranches Estate for Nearly $10 Million

Landmark Ranch Estates, a custom mansion with eight bedrooms and 8.5 baths, is listed for $9.74 million. The property at 16710 Berkshire Ct, Southwest Ranches, is being sold by MJ Ocean LLC, a Florida company managed by Meir Elfassy, the former president and CEO of outerwear brand, Mackage. He is also one of the investors of Jungle Island.

The luxurious gated estate spans over two acres and features a basketball court and a motor court with a covered porch leading to the entrance of the main home. The home boasts soaring ceilings, custom millwork and stonework throughout its 11,803 square feet of interiors. Amenities include an office, home theater, loft area, game center, screening room, formal dining, breakfast room and snack counter. Outdoors highlights include a resort-like pool, summer kitchen and outdoor dining areas, plus a guest house for family and friends. The selling is managed by Brigitte Lina and Danielle Elfassy with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty
