The property at 16710 Berkshire Ct, Southwest Ranches, is being sold by MJ Ocean LLC, a Florida company managed by Meir Elfassy, the former president and CEO of outerwear brand, Mackage. He is also one of the investors of Jungle Island.

The luxurious gated estate spans over two acres and features a basketball court and a motor court with a covered porch leading to the entrance of the main home. The home boasts soaring ceilings, custom millwork and stonework throughout its 11,803 square feet of interiors.
